Services
Clear websites, connected work, steady support.
ScalePass helps service businesses connect the website, the enquiries and the everyday work behind them. We start with what matters most, keep what already works and agree the scope with you first.
Website
A website that explains what you do.
A good website explains what you do, who it’s for and how to take the next step. We plan the pages around the questions your customers ask and write or refine the words in plain English. Every enquiry gets a clear destination and an owner on your team.
What it helps with: a website that reflects the business you run today, and enquiries that arrive with the detail you need.
This could include, depending on scope:
- A clear page structure based on how your customers choose
- New or refined copy for your main pages
- An enquiry form that asks for the information you actually need
- Enquiries routed to an agreed place and person
- A simple way to update key content yourself
Connected systems
A clear path from enquiry to finished work.
Behind every enquiry is a chain of small steps: reply, quote, schedule, deliver, follow up. When those steps live in different inboxes, spreadsheets and messages, things wait and people chase. We help you set up a simple, maintained way of working, so it’s clear where work lives and who owns the next step.
What it helps with: less manual chasing and copying between tools, and a shared picture of what’s happening.
Your team runs the day-to-day work, unless we agree otherwise. We set up the way of working around it.
This could include, depending on scope:
- One visible work queue showing what’s new, in progress and done
- A clear owner for each step, agreed with your team
- A short handbook that explains how work moves through the business
- Controlled access, so the right people see the right information
- Simple connections between the tools you already use, where they genuinely help
Ongoing support
Support that keeps the setup useful.
A setup only stays useful if someone looks after it. Ongoing support maintains the website and the way of working we’ve agreed, so they keep pace as the business changes.
What it helps with: knowing where to go for help, and a setup that keeps pace with the business instead of slowly drifting.
Your team stays in charge of the daily work and its records, unless we agree otherwise. Support coverage is agreed with you as part of the scope. It isn’t unlimited or round-the-clock.
This could include, depending on scope:
- One support route for questions, fixes and small changes
- Maintaining the agreed setup, such as how the work queue is organised and what the handbook covers
- Reviews of what’s working, arranged as agreed with you
- Suggestions for the next sensible improvement, when there is one
What stays in place
Your tools stay, unless there’s a good reason.
We don’t start by replacing your tools. If your email, calendar, accounts software or job system works for you, we work with it. We’ll only suggest a change where something is clearly getting in the way, and we’ll explain the reasons and trade-offs first.
There’s no fixed software stack and no required migration.
How scope is agreed
Scope is agreed before work begins.
- Step 1:
We talk it through.
You tell us how the business works today and where it gets stuck.
- Step 2:
We agree one useful first step.
Usually a single workflow, not everything at once.
- Step 3:
We write down the boundaries.
What’s included, what isn’t, who owns what and how support works.
- Step 4:
We confirm the cost.
You know what you’re paying for before any work begins.
If the scope needs to change, we agree that with you before going ahead.
What happens next
It starts with a conversation.
Book a call and tell us a little about your business. We’ll talk about where things get stuck and suggest a sensible first step. If it makes sense to work together, we’ll put the scope in writing for you to review.
FAQs
Questions about our services.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. You can start with the website or a single workflow and decide later whether anything else is worth doing.
Will you move us onto new software?
Not by default. We work with the tools you already use where they do the job. Any change is discussed and agreed first.
Do you use automation or AI?
Only where it genuinely helps and you’re comfortable with it. Most of the value comes from a clear way of working, not from the technology behind it.
Who owns the website and systems?
We agree ownership of accounts, content and access with you as part of the scope, so it’s clear from the start.
How is pricing agreed?
We talk through what you need, agree the scope, then confirm the cost with you before any work begins. That way you know what you’re paying for and what’s included.
What if our needs change later?
That’s normal. We’ll review what’s in place and agree any changes together, rather than growing the work by default.
