Pricing
Price follows the scope you agree.
The free audit confirms fit. The paid Blueprint sets the implementation scope. You know what each layer costs before you commit to it, and you can stop after any of them.

What you are buying
What ScalePass OS means.
ScalePass OS is not a single piece of software you license. It is the operating layer assembled for one business: the third-party systems you keep, the connections between them, the records that make work visible, and only the components built where no suitable system exists.
- Keepthe specialist and finance systems that earn their place
- Connectthe records and routing that move work between them
- Buildonly where no suitable system exists, then hand it over
The six layers
Six layers. Each priced as what it is.
A free diagnosis, a fixed-fee design, a project build and a monthly service are different things, so we price and agree them as different things. No bundles, no figure before the work is understood.
- 01
Free Operating Infrastructure Audit
A high-level diagnosis of tools, workflow, ownership and handoffs. It is not a full solution architecture or implementation specification.
Free
- 02
Paid Operating Infrastructure Blueprint
The agreed process map, systems decisions, shared-versus-dedicated recommendation, migration plan, implementation scope, responsibilities, exclusions and acceptance criteria.
A fixed fee, confirmed after scoping
- 03
Premium Core Infrastructure Deployment
The primary paid implementation offer: ScalePass deploys the agreed operating backbone for the selected departments, workflows and systems.
A project fee, priced from the Blueprint
- 04
Managed Infrastructure
Hosting, monitoring, backups, maintenance, updates and bounded platform administration. Managed shared infrastructure is the efficient default where suitable.
A monthly fee, confirmed after scoping
- 05
Managed Operations
Agreed recurring operational responsibilities, with defined work queues, KPIs, escalation paths, reporting and change control.
A monthly retainer, scoped separately
- 06
Dedicated / White-Label Infrastructure
For approved branding, control, workload, integration or contractual requirements that cannot be met by the shared model. The label alone establishes no technical or regulatory assurance.
Priced on its own scope
What sets the price
Four things move the number.
The paid Blueprint fixes all four before a Deployment price is proposed, so the proposal is priced against a scope you have already seen and agreed.
Scope
The applications, workspaces and workflows in scope, and how deep the migration goes.
Complexity
Automation complexity, customisation requirements and the infrastructure model.
Service
Fair-use limits and the service level you want on the managed layers.
Not seat count
Price is not set by how many people log in. It is set by what has to be built and kept running.

Whether it fits
A ScalePass deployment is a five-figure project, and the managed layers start in the four figures a month.
Businesses with the funds or funding to invest at that level get the most from it. If that is out of reach for now, the free audit still gives you an honest read, but a build is unlikely to be the right next step.
Infrastructure model
Managed shared by default. Dedicated when justified.
The paid Blueprint recommends the model. The shared foundation is the default, and you pay for isolation only when your requirements call for it.
The default
Managed shared infrastructure
Managed shared infrastructure is the efficient default where it fits. You operate through your own controlled accounts, workspaces, permissions and data structures inside the managed foundation, and we keep the foundation running.
Separately priced
Dedicated or white-label infrastructure
A separately scoped path, for isolation, branding, security, integration, contractual, compliance, migration or support requirements the shared model cannot meet.
Recurring layers
One keeps the platform running. One runs the work.
Hosting, maintenance and platform administration are one monthly line. Ongoing operational work is another. You choose which you want, and you can see what each covers.
Managed Infrastructure
A monthly fee for hosting, monitoring, backups, maintenance, updates and bounded platform administration. It does not include ongoing transformation or managed operations.
Managed Operations
A separately scoped retainer for agreed recurring operational responsibilities, with defined work queues, KPIs, escalation paths, reporting and change control.

Find out whether a paid Blueprint is worth it.
The free audit reads the operating picture you describe and tells you, in writing, whether there is enough to fix to justify one. Including when the answer is no.
